In short: this website uses no cookies and no tracking of any kind. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to give us in the “Register your interest” form.

This site (thedairector.ai) is operated by Dairector Technology Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 793969), the “data controller” for any personal data described here. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@thedairector.ai.

2. Cookies & tracking

We do not use cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers or pixels. We do not follow your activity across other websites.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server access logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamp) for a short period, for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to identify or profile you.

3. What we collect

We only collect personal data if you fill in the “Register your interest” form. In that case we collect the details you enter:

Your name
Your work email address
Your firm
Your role / job title

We do not collect payment or financial information, and there is no account to create.

4. Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about dAIrector ahead of launch — for example, to let you know when it goes live or to arrange a demo. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, and we will stop and delete your details.

5. Who processes it

Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to our team by email.
Vercel — hosts this website.

Where any provider operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your interest-registration details until the product launches and we have been in touch, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever is sooner.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). To exercise any of these, email privacy@thedairector.ai.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
